Based In Swindon, North Wiltshire, we are able to cover a number of locations in the South West and parts of the Midlands region, including; Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
The delivery and setup charges will depend on the venue location, the size of the your order and the accessibility of your venue. We offer FREE delivery and setup of chair covers to certain delivery zones around Swindon providing your order meets certain criteria - this is explained below.
The free delivery and setup zone for chair covers and table decorations depends on the number of chair covers ordered. The table below details the free zones based on the number of chair covers. (e.g. if your order conained 65 chair covers, we will deliver, setup and collect free of charge if the venue is within 50 miles of Sn3 - Swindon). For any additional distance outside the free zone, these will be charged at a rate of £1.00 per road mile from SN3 (this includes 4 single journeys at 25p/mile for setup and collection).
Orders containing larger lighting packages (LED dancefloor, star cloths etc.) may incur additional setup charges for the additional staffing required.

We are generally prepared to travel 65 miles for setup, but under some circumstances we may be willing to travel further - this is our 'extended zone'. If the chair covers must be collected immediately after the event an additional fee may be payable. Please discuss this with your venue coordinator.
