All packages include delivery, set-up, collection the next day, and additional personnel.
T&C’s - Prices quoted are for one days hire only. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between Venues Covered and you. All chair cover fittings include 1 delivery, 1 set-up and 1 collection on morning after your event. Any additional actions needed (such as removing covers and replacing) needs to be confirmed with Venues Covered, as additional delivery and set-up charges will apply. Please talk with your wedding coordinator to double check that double orders of chair covers will not be needed, due to their hotel policy. Venues Covered does not take responsibility for orders that contradict venue wedding coordinators suggestions.
These packages are for up to 70 persons – if numbers do not meet 70, then no refund will be given. Extra persons can be added for an additional price.
If chair covers are already included in your venues wedding package, please talk to Venues Covered as we can make deductions for this with prior arrangement.
